Do you only install Trane?

For new residential installations, we primarily recommend and install Trane because of their build quality, warranty, and our deep experience with the product line. We also install Mitsubishi Electric for ductless systems. For commercial work, we discuss options based on the specific application.

My unit is a brand I've never heard of — can you still fix it?

In most cases, yes. Common failure parts (capacitors, contactors, motors, igniters) are often universal across brands. Some older or discontinued brands may have limited factory parts availability, but we'll diagnose it honestly and tell you exactly what we find.

Why do you recommend Trane for new installations?

Trane factory-tests every unit at extreme conditions, uses an all-aluminum Spine Fin coil that resists corrosion in NC's humid climate, and offers a 10-year registered warranty that we register at installation. We've installed and serviced them across the NC Foothills for years and consistently see better durability than lower-cost alternatives.

Do you service Carrier equipment?

Yes — Carrier is one of the most common brands in our service area and we're fully equipped to diagnose and repair all Carrier models. Parts availability is excellent for Carrier, Lennox, and most major national brands.
